Shipping Policy
At Sorevia, we keep our collection intentionally curated rather than mass-produced and warehoused in bulk. A good part of what we offer is prepared once your order comes in, rather than sitting in oversized stock — less waste, and nothing is made only to go unsold. That's the trade-off behind the delivery time below. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
- Delivery time: 9–18 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 10–20 business days from the date you place your order
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We ship all UK orders with Royal Mail.

Delivery Costs
Free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom — no minimum order value.
Order Cutoff
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+3, Minsk time) are processed the next business day.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by contacting us at help@soreviastyle.com with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be in progress. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait until it is received and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues such as delivery delays or a lost package, please contact us immediately at help@soreviastyle.com. We investigate with Royal Mail and either locate your parcel, reship it, or refund you in full.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — this is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
